Zac Wayne
Founder of PsiloVibe Church, PsiloVibe Retreats, and the PsiloVibe Facilitator Academy. Zac oversees the Academy curriculum and teaches professional facilitator development, retreat operations, ethics, ceremony preparation, and integration.
Maia
Maia brings a decade of plant medicine integration experience, a B.A. in Psychology, and graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to help students understand participant support, integration, and compassionate facilitation.
Jerak
Jerak teaches N,N-DMT facilitation, ethical extraction principles, participant preparation, ceremony structure, safety protocols, and integration through a grounded, nature-informed approach.

Is this online or in person?
The Academy is delivered live online so you can attend from anywhere. The curriculum prepares you for real-world facilitation in retreat, integration, and community settings.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Prior experience is helpful but not required. The program begins with foundations including ethics, safety, preparation, screening, presence, and integration.
Does this guarantee employment with PsiloVibe?
No. Graduation does not guarantee employment. As PsiloVibe expands, Academy graduates will be the first community considered for future facilitator opportunities as organizational needs grow.
Does this meet state licensing requirements?
This program is designed to align with emerging facilitator competencies, but requirements vary by jurisdiction. Students are responsible for determining whether any education completed meets the requirements of their state or licensing body.
What happens after I enroll?
You’ll receive next steps, Academy access details, class information, Zoom details, preparation materials, and onboarding guidance before the first live class on Tuesday, August 18 @ 6pm, 2026.
